Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ilham (“the service”), available at dunetask.com and ilham.dunetask.com. Ilham is operated by Ali Daoud (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Ilham lets you save visual design references, analyses them with automated models, learns your preferences from your decisions, and produces design material such as moodboards, design directions, design tokens and critiques. Analyses and suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate; review them before relying on them.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, give accurate information, and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your team. Tell us at support@dunetask.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your content and other people’s rights

You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it only to run the service for you. References you save from other sites belong to their authors: save them only for your own inspiration and research, do not copy them into deliverables, and respect the source sites’ terms. Ilham keeps each reference’s author and source and warns when a design is visually too close to a reference, but you remain responsible for the work you publish. Rights holders can ask us to remove content at support@dunetask.com.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, attempt to access other accounts or our systems, scrape or overload the service, or resell it without our written permission.

Plans, payment and renewal

The free plan and the beta may change or end at any time. Pro is billed in advance monthly or yearly at the price shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase, and renews automatically until you cancel. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of a price change for existing subscriptions.

Usage limits

Each plan includes the limits shown on the pricing page (for example, the number of references and analyses). We may slow or pause automated analysis that exceeds them, and will tell you before charging for anything extra.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Ilham available and your data backed up, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features; if we remove something central to a paid plan we will tell you and offer a pro-rata refund.

Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time from support@dunetask.com, and export your library first. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, with notice where possible.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
