Refund Policy

14-day refund

If Ilham Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you will get the full amount back, no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for; you will not be charged again. Renewals are not refunded, except where the law of your country requires it or a renewal charged you by mistake (for example, after you had cancelled).

How to ask

Reply to your Paddle receipt, use the link in it, or write to support@dunetask.com with the e-mail you paid with. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which handles returns and refunds. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
